We specialize in executing in-store services such as: Retail Compliance/Audits, Inventory Management, Shelf Merchandising, Point-of-Sales Execution, New Product Introductions, and Retail Promotion Execution across a variety of retailers and classes of trade.

We are seeking an experienced, well-connected sales executive within the CPG industry as a brand leader or within brokerage services. This is a unique opportunity to build a business from the ground up and lead EnsitefulAI into our next phase of expansion.
Position Overview: As a Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and increase market share for MyBrandForce. You will lead our efforts and be responsible for every aspect of revenue growth and margin improvement. Cross-functional and strategic collaboration to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the retail marketplace is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a disciplined prospecting strategy and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.
- Bring and build strong relationships with clients, key retail partners, including national chains, regional retailers, broker services, and independent stores.
- Implement and execute strategic sales plans that achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging client demands and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, return on investment, and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with clients and retail partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the CPG sector.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of CPG brand needs, retail channels, and distribution networks, with experience working with in-store marketing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, develop actionable sales plans, and tactically execute the strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a history of exceeding quota.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Zoominfo, and Linkedin.

- Base Pay Commensurate with Experience
