Role Description

Entera is looking for a dynamic, driven individual to become a key player on our Product Operations team. If you are passionate about technology, thrive on seeing projects through completion, and want to learn how tech innovation is revolutionizing the real estate industry, this is your chance!

As a Technical Product Operations Analyst, you will work with our Engineering and Product teams to assist with our technical product development, designing new features, providing quality assurance, supporting our client services teams and developing data insights to the company. You'll master Entera's cutting-edge products and application interfaces (UI and API). You will contribute to the development of product and functional requirements, testing our applications and providing feedback to management and our technologists and client teams. You will be responsible for contributing to technical and support documentation. This is a high-visibility role where you'll tackle complex challenges, manage priorities like a pro, and be an essential part of our rapidly growing company.

This is a hybrid (3-day a week in person) position based in Houston (Memorial City Neighborhood).  

What You'll Do:

  • Gain exposure to our experienced team and develop a strong understanding of Entera’s products & technologies.
  • Support the Product team on new product implementation with a specific focus on user experiences and technical integrations via Entera’s APIs.
  • Ensure the seamless function of all critical features and the needs of our clients and service teams are met daily.
  • Work with our Data Engineering, Data Science, Backend and Frontend teams to ensure that all code releases to our production environment on a timely basis - using internally developed tools.
  • Work closely with Real Estate service teams to ensure that Real Estate data is complete and correct in our systems, interfaces and on our real estate transaction documents.
  • Support our Client Success team in onboarding new clients and delivering best-in-class user experience on the Entera Platform.
  • Contribute to Entera’s ongoing success and use your experience and influence to proactively suggest improvements for operational processes via contributions to Entera’s Knowledge base.
  • Demonstrate the ability to exceed expectations, multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy a work hard/ play hard environment.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience with transforming business requirements into technical specification for data designs and solutions, as well as performing product testing and feature releases. Experience with AI is a plus. 
  • 1+ year of experience in managing a project to completion (from start to finish) successfully. 
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience working in a data-intensive organization with large-scale datasets.
  • Preferred technical background with an ability to run data explorations (data visualization tools, SQL, Python skills). 
  • Preferred experience in Quality Assurance or working as part of a Quality Assurance team.
  • Proven ability to work in fast paced and complex environments and act as a trusted team member.
  • Rigor and attention to detail to drive a business cadence and execute.
  • Ability and passion to analyze, set priorities, and solve complex problems.
  • Self-starter who can master new tasks and technologies quickly and work under minimal supervision. 
  • Team player with demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity.
  • Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with internal and external professionals.
  • Experience with real estate data analytics is a plus.
