Job title: Residential Home Listing Renovation Project Manager

Location: Remote

Job Type: 6 months with option to extend 6 months; potential to become permanent

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours a week

Compensation Range: $31.25 to $ 43.27 per hour ($65k-$90k) with 11 days of additional holiday pay during a 12-month turn ($2,750-3,808)

Role Summary

Entera is seeking a high-velocity, results-driven Listing Renovation Project Manager to own the end-to-end transformation of vacant homes into market-ready assets. Acting as the "Control Tower" over our key trade partners—Home Field Agents, Professional Photographers, and General Contractors—you will be the primary driver of operational speed and financial performance. Your mission is to compress the interval from listing assignment to launch ready while maximizing renovation-to-sale price ROI for our clients.

While this role leverages deep field expertise, it is a strategic remote position. It offers an ideal "desk-job" transition for a Residential Construction Project Manager with extensive site experience and a proven track record of managing high-volume portfolios. Operating within our AI-enabled brokerage, you will leverage tech-forward workflows to develop and execute SOPs across trade partner dispatch, bid analysis, budgeting and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Renovation "Gatekeeping" & Value Engineering: Review and validate scopes of work from construction partners. Identify "fluff" in pricing and ensure every dollar spent directly enhances the home’s market value.
  • High-Volume Vendor Dispatch: Oversee the daily dispatch of home field agents and professional photographers. Ensure precise coordination to minimize downtime and "days-to-list" metrics.
  • Bid Leveling & Negotiation: Standardize inconsistent vendor quotes into "apples-to-apples" frameworks. Negotiate directly with General Contractors to normalize pricing and secure commitment to aggressive timelines.
  • Vendor Ecosystem Management: Lead the recruitment, onboarding (COI/Insurance verification), and performance auditing of our vendor network. Proactively source talent in expansion markets and manage the offboarding of underperformers.
  • Virtual Quality Control & Sign-off: Audit work quality remotely using photo documentation, video walkthroughs, and inspection reports. Provide final authorization for project completion before releasing payments.
  • Process Architecture: Transition the department from reactive communication to scalable operations. Help build the SOPs that allow Entera to scale from managing 20 to 200+ concurrent jobs.

Candidate Requirements:

Professional Experience

  • 5+ Years in Residential Construction: Deep experience in scheduling, field supervision, and production across all phases of residential rehab or homebuilding.
  • High-Volume Management: Proven ability to manage 30+ active work orders simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

Technical Competencies

  • Construction Fluency: Ability to instantly identify inflated labor/material costs in flooring, paint, drywall, and MEP trades.
  • Bid Leveling Expertise: Mastery in standardizing diverse vendor quotes into a clear, data-driven decision-making framework.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Highly comfortable in a 100% digital environment; experience with PM software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Procore) and photo-documentation tools to manage physical real-world assets.

Core Attributes

  • Vendor Diplomacy: Strong ability to hold trades accountable to deadlines while maintaining professional long term relationships.
  • Operational Resourcefulness: A strategic operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and remains calm under pressure.
  • Analytical Mindset: Obsessed with ROI, cost-control, and compressing timelines.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
