Role Overview

Enterpret's platform is the foundation of our product. It empowers our customers to consolidate their scattered customer feedback from support tickets, app reviews, social posts, calls, and more—transforming this raw feedback into trusted insights. It powers our proprietary Knowledge Graph infrastructure and Adaptive Taxonomy engine, data platform and ingestion pipelines, AI/ML infrastructure, APIs and developer experience.

As the Senior Product Manager for Platform, you will define and execute the strategic vision, product strategy and roadmap for a fast, scalable, reliable, and secure platform that ingests billions of feedback and serves AI-powered insights in milliseconds, while it remains delightfully easy to build on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive strategy. Lead the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Enterpret’s core platform, including product, data, and AI/ML infrastructure, security, AI tooling, internal APIs and developer experience.
  • Own outcomes. Deliver a robust and performant platform that enables near real-time, high-quality, predictive insights for our customers—while ensuring developer productivity and customer satisfaction at scale.
  • Scale with purpose. Partner with engineering and product leadership to make key architectural decisions that improve performance, scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Connect the dots. Work cross-functionally to understand platform needs across product teams, align on roadmap dependencies, and ensure the platform remains a force multiplier for product velocity.
  • Build and ship with clarity. Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements. Launch incrementally and own key success metrics such as latency, scalability, reliability, cost, and internal developer velocity.
  • Level up developer experience. Invest in observability, metering, documentation, and developer tooling to help Enterpret teams can build faster, safer, and with higher quality.
  • Champion “platform-as-a-product.” Evangelize the platform’s capabilities internally and externally. Ensure shared services are well-understood, adopted, and built with a customer-obsessed, extensible, and metrics-driven mindset.

About you

  • 7–10 years of product management, with 3+ years owning platform, infrastructure, data platform, or developer products in B2B SaaS.
  • Technical depth. Comfortable debating data architectures, distributed-systems trade-offs, and API ergonomics with engineers; hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure.
  • Proven impact. Track record of shipping scalable, high-availability platforms that move key business metrics.
  • Clear communicator. You distill complex topics into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Thrives in ambiguity. Startup experience—or the mindset that comes with it—energizes you.
  • Bonus points for experience in data governance, security/compliance, or large-scale AI pipelines.

  • Competitive Compensation: Highly competitive salary and early-stage startup equity.
