Overview
The Director of Client Services will oversee a cross-functional team responsible for delivering and optimizing Enterra’s solutions for a defined portfolio of clients. This role will serve as the primary liaison between these clients, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation and ongoing value delivery.
What You’ll Do:
As a Director/Senior Director of Client Services, you will:
- Lead the delivery of Enterra’s business solutions by overseeing end-to-end project management and ensuring successful implementation for clients.
- Analyze and partner with clients to transform business processes through the integration and activation of Enterra’s business solutions.
- Provide input to the technological development of Enterra’s solution offerings.
- Educate client stakeholders at all levels on the Enterra platform, tailored business solutions, and insights specific to their organization.
- Assist the multi-faceted team with combining machine learning, artificial intelligence (ontologies, inference engines and rules) and natural language processing.
- Assist with the delivery of the Enterra holistic vision to scale and enable business process transformations.
Your Skill-set:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field; or equivalent experience required.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in revenue growth management (RGM) from a global consumer packaged goods (CPG) company
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Trade Promotions, Pricing, Assortment, or Supply Planning required
- Proven experience managing client-vendor relationships within a software technology environment, preferably involving AI technologies.
- Prior management experience in leading a cross-functional team and working closely with clients.
- Knowledge of visualization packages for analyzing large datasets (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate with business and technical personnel both internally and externally. This includes documentation, presentations and individual analysis sessions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: Ability to turn numbers into stories our clients can understand and respond to; ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Strong documentation skills especially in documenting requirements using different approaches such as use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and state charts, data dictionaries, and class or entity relationship diagrams.
- Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with strong business sense.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Business Intelligence, etc.
- Knowledge of statistics (R, Python or other languages)
Additional Information
Must reside in the US – preferably in the East and Central regions. Remote work permitted. Occasionally, travel may be needed based on client or project requirements. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. This is a full-time position with benefits.
