THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are seeking a dynamic and technically astute Solutions Consultant with in-depth knowledge and hands on experience of 3-D Secure.  Experience of working with large UK and European issuers and acquirers in 3-D Secure as a minimum.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hands-on approach to support sales cycles and strong communication and presentation skills. Being well organised is essential.

 

THE ROLE

Entersekt’s Senior Solutions Consultant will partner closely with the Sales and Account Teams to drive new business and cross sales opportunities through the combination of deep industry knowledge and tailored solutions to solve complex problems.  

The role serves as trusted advisor to guide the client through key technical and business challenges, supporting them in meeting their strategic objectives and business needs via the Entersekt product offering. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the internal teams to identify customer needs and understand in detail, how our solutions can assist customer challenges.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical deep dives prospective and existing customers.
  • Support Sales and Account Teams in responding RFP’s / RFI’s and security and compliance questionnaires with accurate technical business information.
  • Advise on best practices in relation to 3-D Secure implementation and migration to prevent fraud and improve customer experience inline with emerging industry trends and market direction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of existing client product deployments and how existing deployments relate to new opportunities.
  • Capture and qualify product enhancement functions, features, alternative usage and capabilities to inform both market potential and product roadmap.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and experience: 

  • Deep payments industry knowledge specifically related to 3-D Secure, with a good reputation in customers you’ve interacted with.
  • Experience in working with and migrating large UK and European Issuers on 3-D Secure
  • Proven track record of working with card issuers and large processors, solving for their challenges with tailored solution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required, on short notice.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work place experience.
