Account Support Specialist - Automotive Retail
Job Position Summary:
The Account Support Specialist is expected to manage an assigned list of Dealers regarding OEM software applications. This includes supporting onboarding to the software application, recommending customizations to meet the Dealer's needs and goals, and ultimately driving utilization through training and influence on how the software application meets current consumer behaviors.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Portfolio Management - This role is a trusted advisor to Dealers regarding the OEM’s proprietary software applications. To become the trusted advisor, the Account Support Specialist will know how to customize and leverage the applications to achieve the Dealer’s unique goals, and effectively communicate with urgency, empathy, and value. The Account Support Specialist will drive Dealer engagement and utilization with the platform through best practice training and platform benefits.
Project Management - As related to the overall software application onboarding process; the Account Support Specialist will provide pivotal support to not only the Dealer but also OEM Field Representatives and OEM They have required attendance to priority meetings to observe and hold all teams accountable to the prescribed process, ensure milestones are attained, escalating any blockers to onboarding success to pertinent stakeholders. They also advocate for the Dealer regarding their technical issues or other desires or concerns. They ensure that the Dealer is technically and behaviorally ready to launch with the applications.
Technical Solutions - Dealers and/or the development teams will engage this role to prescribe and develop customized solutions related to Dealer questions and/or issues about the applications. This role is expected to thoroughly investigate these Dealer questions and/or issues through independent research, asking discovery questions and conducting root cause analysis. This role requires a continued learning of the applications, Dealership inventory data process, and third-party vendor functionality.

Human Resources Administrator
Job Position Summary:
The Human Resources Administrator provides support to the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Business Partner. Responsibilities will include working with employees to accommodate requests, providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and executing items related to employee engagement.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Talent Acquisition Support – Schedule interviews, collect feedback from hiring managers, draft offer approval requests.
Employee Paperwork - Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases and other related employment matters.
Time Off Administration - Administers time off programs and ensures compliance with policies.
Employee Recognition Management - Administers employee recognition programs including birthday cards, service awards, etc.
Record Maintenance and Database Updates - Maintains employee records and updates internal databases.
Poster Management - Ensures display of required posters.

Job Position Summary:
The Financial Analyst holds a pivotal role in the financial health and strategic decision-making processes of the organization. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial principles. The primary responsibility of the Financial Analyst is to analyze and prepare financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support informed decision-making by the Director of Finance. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and plays a crucial role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial data, including revenue analysis, asset and resource performance, and financial modeling. Specifically, identifying trends, variances, patterns, and opportunities for improvement to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in the modeling of financial forecasts and budgets by providing accurate and insightful analysis. Collaborate with various cross-functional teams and departments to gather relevant data and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Reconciliation: Perform data reconciliations between financial and operational reporting sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances identified during the reconciliation process.
Cost & Key Performance Analysis: Prepare and report Corporate KPI’s as well as conduct cost-benefit analysis and cost-control initiatives to optimize resource allocation and improve profitability. Identify areas of inefficiency or overspending and recommend strategies for cost reduction.
Compliance & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records to ensure compliance with company policies, client compliance, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, collaborate with auditors and/or other regulatory bodies to provide necessary information and analysis as required.
