Account Support Specialist - Automotive Retail
Job Position Summary:
The Account Support Specialist is expected to manage an assigned list of Dealers regarding OEM software applications. This includes supporting onboarding to the software application, recommending customizations to meet the Dealer's needs and goals, and ultimately driving utilization through training and influence on how the software application meets current consumer behaviors.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Portfolio Management - This role is a trusted advisor to Dealers regarding the OEM’s proprietary software applications. To become the trusted advisor, the Account Support Specialist will know how to customize and leverage the applications to achieve the Dealer’s unique goals, and effectively communicate with urgency, empathy, and value. The Account Support Specialist will drive Dealer engagement and utilization with the platform through best practice training and platform benefits.
Project Management - As related to the overall software application onboarding process; the Account Support Specialist will provide pivotal support to not only the Dealer but also OEM Field Representatives and OEM They have required attendance to priority meetings to observe and hold all teams accountable to the prescribed process, ensure milestones are attained, escalating any blockers to onboarding success to pertinent stakeholders. They also advocate for the Dealer regarding their technical issues or other desires or concerns. They ensure that the Dealer is technically and behaviorally ready to launch with the applications.
Technical Solutions - Dealers and/or the development teams will engage this role to prescribe and develop customized solutions related to Dealer questions and/or issues about the applications. This role is expected to thoroughly investigate these Dealer questions and/or issues through independent research, asking discovery questions and conducting root cause analysis. This role requires a continued learning of the applications, Dealership inventory data process, and third-party vendor functionality.
Additional Responsibilities - Perform other tasks and duties as required to support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Position SummaryEntrega is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Technology Solutions Delivery Lead to oversee and scale our Technology Solutions Delivery organization.
This leader is accountable for ensuring complex digital and technology engagements are delivered on time, on scope, and within margin expectations across multiple production teams.
The Technology Solutions Delivery Lead will establish structured governance frameworks, reinforce delivery discipline, align capacity to demand, and ensure seamless orchestration between Service Delivery Managers, technical production teams, and executive stakeholders.
This is a senior delivery leadership role responsible for transforming technical capability into reliable, scalable, and profitable execution.
This role is primarily in-office to enable close coordination with executive leadership, Client Services, Service Delivery, and Delivery Systems leadership.

Delivery Governance & Accountability
Ensure commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to margin targets
Establish and enforce structured governance standards across technical teams
Maintain visibility into utilization, revenue performance, and delivery KPIs
Identify risk early and intervene to protect client outcomes and economic performance
Lead architecture and solution design for client data and analytics initiatives
Provide hands-on development support in BI, data modeling, SQL, and cloud data environments as needed
Establish coding, documentation, and quality standards
Create reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices
Production Leadership & Orchestration
Lead and coordinate technical production teams (e.g., Data & Analytics Delivery, Digital Development, Solution Engineering)

Partner with Delivery Systems leadership to strengthen production orchestration
Build scalable workload visibility and capacity planning frameworks

Partner with Finance on forecasting and performance reporting
Ensure disciplined scope management to prevent margin erosion
Support structured effort estimation and cost modeling processes
Leadership & Organizational Development
Build and develop high-performing technical leaders and managers
Define role clarity and performance expectations within the delivery organization

Participate in hiring decisions for senior technical roles

Executive & Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Client Services leadership to ensure delivery commitments align to commercial agreements

Ensure seamless integration between technology production and broader service lines
QualificationsThe following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.
10–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery environments• 5+ years leading multi-team delivery organizations• Demonstrated success managing margin, utilization, and performance metrics in professional services strongly preferred• Experience implementing governance frameworks and delivery standards• Strong understanding of digital development, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems• Proven ability to scale structured delivery operations• Strong financial acumen and operational rigor• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field required • MBA or advanced leadership credentials preferred
