Job Position Summary:
The Digital Solutions Analyst serves a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency by analyzing digital processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, DSAs ensure that business objectives align with technological capabilities. The role requires a solutions-oriented mindset, understanding of digital technologies, basic project management skills, and a commitment to client success.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Scope and Requirements Definition - Supports the definition of scope and requirements, related to business objectives through stakeholder elicitation.
- Requirement Artifacts - Responsible for creating project artifacts through developing, documenting, and maintaining process flows, user stories, use cases, etc.
- Solution Research - Supports solution research by isolating key objectives and identifying potential solutions.
- Solution Ideation - Supports solution ideation by identifying and materializing abstract concepts into concrete technology-based solutions.
- Solution Hand-Off - Responsible for the solution hand-off by presenting solution recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Additional Responsibilities - Perform other tasks and duties as required by team leaders to support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience contributing to projects and programs for multiple clients in technology, digital or professional services environment.
- Ability to work with both business and IT teams to offer and deliver solutions that create effective outcomes.
- Strong commitment to client experience, service delivery and quality.
- Ability to present to clients and stakeholders.
