The role will also maintain visibility across the project portfolio to identify systemic execution risks, capability gaps, and opportunities to improve project performance.
This is a hands-on functional leadership role for a professional who combines deep project-management expertise with people leadership, operational discipline, systems thinking, and the ability to build scalable capabilities. The ideal candidate can establish strong standards while developing Project Managers who exercise sound judgment and adapt effectively to the needs of complex client engagements.

- Ensure Project Managers consistently provide the planning, structure, coordination, visibility, and execution discipline required across client engagements.

- Define appropriate project-management requirements based on project complexity, risk, scope, and delivery model.
- Develop practical templates, playbooks, guidance, and tools that improve execution consistency without creating unnecessary administrative burden.
- Incorporate recognized project-management practices while adapting them to Entrega's professional services environment.
