Full Stack Developer

LATAM - Remote

 

The role is remote. We are seeking candidates located in LATAM.

Project Overview 
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the design and implementation of software projects on a project-based basis. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering skills in .NET and React with an eagerness to leverage GenAI tools (such as CursorAI and other AI coding copilots) to boost productivity and quality. 
 
This role will involve building scalable, high-quality applications, collaborating with distributed teams, and contributing to project deliverables that move quickly from concept to implementation. Experience with Fintech or payments systems is highly desirable, given Enumerate’s business context. 

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Key Project Responsibilities 
- Design, develop, and deliver full stack applications using .NET (C#) and React. 
- Leverage GenAI development tools (e.g., CursorAI, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation. 
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to define requirements and deliver project outcomes. 
- Contribute to integration with third-party APIs and services, particularly in Fintech/payments contexts. 
- Write maintainable, well-documented, and testable code. 
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. 

Project Deliverables 
- End-to-end feature implementations as defined in project scope. 
- Production-ready web applications or services built on .NET and React. 
- Integration of AI-assisted workflows into development pipelines. 
- Technical documentation, deployment scripts, and testing coverage for deliverables. 
- Contributions to shared component libraries and reusable frameworks. 

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Required Qualifications 
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in .NET (C#) and React. 
- Familiarity with GenAI development tools such as CursorAI, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted coding platforms. 
- Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control (Git). 
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. 
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-driven environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 
- Experience in Fintech, payments, or financial services software. 
- Knowledge of microservices, cloud-native architectures, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL data stores. 
- Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance requirements in finance-related domains. 

Engagement Terms

Engagement Terms 
This role will be engaged under a Contractor of Record arrangement, structured as project-based work. The Full Stack Engineer will work remotely, collaborating with Enumerate’s distributed teams. Scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined for each project engagement.

Total monthly compensation:

$3,000 - $4,000 USD
