Client Success Manager (palm oil, rubber and cocoa)

Global / Remote

Enveritas builds solutions to improve sustainability in agricultural supply chains and include smallholder farmers in responsibly sourced agricultural supply chains.

We are a non-profit with an expanding team working across 30+ countries around the world, with a remote-first environment and hubs in diverse locations such as Uganda, Colombia and New York.

Enveritas brings together tech and machine learning with rigorous field processes to collect and process data on supply chain sustainability (from social and economic challenges all the way to deforestation and carbon footprints), and run programs that advance the cause of smallholder farmers. This is made possible by a dedicated and diverse team, with profiles coming from leading consultancies & banks, commodity traders, development organizations, data science, and tech companies.

Enveritas works with multinational and specialty coffee roasters companies to give them the tools to understand the sustainability risks within their supply chain and mitigate them by funding impact programs.

Our Partnerships team is responsible for establishing relationships with clients and reaching out to new prospects to offer our solutions. The team manages client relationships to maximize revenue for Enveritas and drive value for the client.
