What You'll Do:
- Build the Foundation: Establish our brand and presence in Grand Junction, forging partnerships with schools, clinics, and community organizations.
- Grow the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented RBTs and BCBAs, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Client Care Champion: Deliver high-quality ABA services to children and families, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing all aspects of care.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and raise awareness about the benefits of ABA therapy.
- Network: Leverage your existing connections and build new ones within the Grand Junction ABA community.
- Measure: Analyze client progress, track metrics, and ensure quality assurance standards are met, continuously refining your approach.
Who You Are:
- A BCBA with a master's degree in Psychology or related field, ideally with an emphasis on ABA.
- 2+ years of experience working with a pediatric population in an applied setting.
- Proven managerial experience and a knack for building successful teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and driving results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office and relevant ABA software.
Bonus Points:
- Experience launching new markets or similar projects.
We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
Expected Salary Range:
$75,000-$90,000
