From thought leadership to customer stories to scroll-stopping social posts, you’ll own and evolve our content and social media strategy. You’ll collaborate with brand, product, and demand gen to bring our narrative to life across channels—and build a bold, modern voice in the future-of-work conversation.
This is a hybrid position that requires at least 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.
You Will
- Own and execute the content marketing strategy—creating and managing blogs, guides, newsletters, and other high-impact content that supports awareness and engagement goals.
- Run Envoy’s social media channels with fresh, relevant, and engaging content that reflects our brand, voice, and point of view.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing, Design, Sales) to source ideas and develop content aligned with launches, campaigns, and priorities.
- Elevate thought leadership by working with internal experts (Execs, Product, Design, Customer Success) to create opinionated, smart content that builds credibility.
- Manage the content calendar to keep content efforts organized, strategic, and aligned across the business.
- Monitor performance and iterate based on what’s working—tracking engagement, reach, and content effectiveness across platforms.
- Stay on top of trends in the future of work, hybrid teams, and workplace tech—and bring fresh ideas to the table regularly.
You Have
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or editorial—ideally at a B2B SaaS or future-of-work company.
- Strong writing and editorial skills—you can switch between informative blog posts, punchy tweets, and polished LinkedIn commentary with ease.
- A knack for turning product features and technical concepts into human-centered stories and content.
- Deep understanding of how to grow a social presence organically, engage communities, and adapt tone for different platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—you can manage a content calendar and multiple deadlines like a pro.
You think strategically but love creating—you enjoy owning both the strategy and the execution. - A collaborative mindset—you love working cross-functionally and believe the best ideas come from conversation.
