About the Role
The HR Business Partner will report into the Head of HRBP Team and work closely with EPD, Finance and Data teams to provide HR support that leads to high levels of engagement and successful business outcomes. As a member of the broader HR team, the business partner ensures the business line needs are reflected in company-wide initiatives and that the business lines can effectively implement and leverage Envoy’s policies, systems and tools.
You Will
- Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management and team building.
- Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
- Support teams in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers to coach and advise on issues that arise
- Help teams understand company policies, tools and systems, ensuring they take part in key initiatives such as performance reviews, learning and development, employee engagement surveys, etc.
- Share knowledge about the teams you support with the HR team to make sure programs have taken into account team needs
- Investigate employee relations issues and facilitate timely, fair, and effective resolution of employee relations concerns and escalated performance issues
- Use data to make recommendations about maintaining or improving employee engagement, retention and other key HR metrics
- Support team-specific initiatives such as onboarding or training, working with the HR team to share learnings and help operationalize and codify best practices
You Have
- 5-8 years of HRBP experience working with employees across different levels, including directly with EPD, Finance and Data teams and department leadership
- Acute listening, collaboration and problem solving skills
- Consultative mindset and approach; provide guidance, input and information to help stakeholders reach fair outcomes
- Ability to challenge the status quo and existing ways of thinking; provide persuasive proposals that help stakeholders see multiple points of view
- Working knowledge of employee legislation, regulations and requirements and the ability to work within compliance parameters
- A mind like a vault; adept at maintaining confidentiality and sensitive information

Compensation description
Envoy's compensation package includes a market-competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash compensation for this role is $129K- $152K (Annually). We are hiring for multiple levels and backgrounds, so final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
