Envoy Global is searching for an experienced Sales Director to join us in our Frankfurt, Germany office! The Sales Director, Germany will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy. This is a “hunter” role, responsible for generating new business, driving the full sales cycle and expanding Envoy Global’s presence in the German market.  The position focuses on the German market, and our ideal candidate thrives and is passionate about acquiring large enterprise clients, expanding market share, and identifying opportunities to establish partnerships that align with organisational goals.  

 

Envoy Global is based in Frankfurt, Germany this role is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in our Frankfurt office. Up to 20% travel required.

 

As our Sales Director, Germany you will be required to: 

  • Strategy:

    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire and retain enterprise clients, leveraging industry expertise and a deep professional network

  • New Business Development:

    • Identify and prospect Germany based customers, leveraging outbound sales strategies, referrals, and inbound leads

    • Identify cross-selling opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue growth across existing client accounts

    • Source and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational capabilities

  • Sales Cycle Management:

    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification CRM management, RFP responses, product demos, contract negotiation, and deal closure

  • Market Expansion:

    • Drive Envoy Global’s strategic growth by expanding brand awareness and building strong relationships with key decision-makers

    • Plan and execute industry-specific events to foster client engagement, enhance brand visibility, and create new business opportunities

    • Represent the company as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, promoting the value and differentiation of the company’s offerings

  • Solution Selling:

    • Understand customer needs and pain points, positioning Envoy Global’s immigration solutions as essential to their hiring processes and recruitment strategy

    • Participate in and oversee the sales process for high-value opportunities, including leading discovery meetings, crafting tailored proposals, and delivering impactful presentations

    • Provide actionable insights and feedback to internal teams on market trends, competitive positioning, and client needs

  • Sales Targets:

    • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth strategy

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales teams in other countries, marketing, operations and service delivery teams, to enhance customer experience and optimize sales strategies

    • Work with US based sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent global approach.

    • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Marketing teams to identify and prioritise target accounts based on market segmentation and potential fit.

    • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools (Salesforce), providing regular reports on progress and forecasts

  • Industry Knowledge:

    • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting Immigration and Mobility

 

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred

  • Fluent German and English
  • Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Teams

  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred

  • Knowledge and experience of the German and EU immigration market preferred

  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume sales environment

  • Negotiation & Communication: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust with decision-makers

  • Tech-Savvy:  Comfortable using Salesforce and virtual communication platforms (Teams, etc.)

  • Self-Motivated:  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset

  • Analytical mindset with a keen ability to assess market trends and develop innovative strategies

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to thrive with minimal supervision and direction

  • Willingness to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of delivering concise and impactful messages

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE-  €85,000- €110,000
