Revenue Operations Manager

We have an opening within Envoy's dedicated Sales team for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join us on a full time, permanent basis. The Revenue Operations (RevOps)  Manager will contribute to our continued growth leading all operational, project management, and analytical support to the go-to-market teams by helping to increase the velocity of our customer acquisition, customer retention, and service efficiency. This role is about driving the business's management cadence, including mechanisms such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline and forecast reporting. You will drive improvements and updates to the team's reporting, tools, methods, and processes to increase the availability and granularity of actionable data. 

As our Revenue Operations Manager you will be required to: 

  • Lead the definition and upkeep of generic services pricing, including determination of margin targets, working with sales and finance teams
  • Lead and/or review specific deal or variation pricing and margin determination, sensitivity analyses and risk and opportunity modeling, working with sales and finance teams
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Operations leadership to develop and maintain a model for sales design and management, account alignment, and customer segmentation with a focus on revenue growth 
  • Improve overall sales effectiveness by enhancing our sales methodology, driving adoption, and promoting continuous improvement 
  • Partner with sales management to define and produce or enhance reporting to measure sales force productivity and ensure effective implementation of established strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Account Management team, GTM teams, and Finance & Billing teams, to drive results and ensure alignment across the organization  
  • Provide analytics to support the annual sales quota and sales organizational planning process 
  • Provide weekly perspective on the state of the business and recommendations on how to maximize sales revenue 
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance leadership to prepare board-level and executive management presentations 
  • Ensure planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within cross-functional departments 
  • Facilitate sales forecast calls and deal reviews 
  • Develop standards for sales excellence, including key scorecards, agreed-to guiding metrics, operational design, and process 
  • Partner on the execution of tech stack, overseeing administration and operations; Monitor system adoption, data compliance, and governance 
  • Direct and manage the updating of sales process, forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce 
  • Create and implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organization that focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity 
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth 
  • Support channel partners by facilitating access to enablement content and training while ensuring pipeline visibility 
  • Ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies in collaboration with the Marketing team

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or similar roles
  • Advanced level MS excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Advanced level proficiency in customer relationship management systems, i.e. Salesforce
  • Detailed understanding of sales processes, sales data tracking, sales force automation, incentive compensation operations, promotion response concepts, and sales force alignments
  • Proficient in all aspects of analyzing  sales data and field force activities
  • Proven experience providing actionable strategic insights to sales leadership
  • Excellent verbal, written and stakeholder management skills to effectively influence and manage expectations with sales management and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated strong business analytic ability to analyze data as well as develop, execute, and adjust programs based on business needs
  • Demonstrates leadership capabilities; manages high performing team; communicates vision, objectives, and operational plan
  • Ability to understand sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and drive execution with strong business impact
  • Proven track record of being able to plan, prioritize, & complete competing projects on time inclusive of problem solving throughout the

 

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE- $65,000-80,000.00
