- Promote Envoy's products to Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, other lead sources and all referral sources
- Provide leadership for all branch employees by always adhering to the highest ethics, fair and equal treatment of all employees, business partners, and loan applicants.
- Acts as a mentor to Mortgage Loan personnel to improve their knowledge of policies and procedures, loan programs, investor guidelines
- Keeps abreast of changes to company policies and procedures, secondary market investors and changes in Federal regulations pertaining to mortgages
- Must have working knowledge of applicable federal regulations
- Work closely with the Senior Management, to be innovative in terms of new origination opportunities
- Manage Branch revenue and expenses to meet the Company's objectives
- Procure new loan applications that result in funded loans
- Adhere to all Envoy standards, including, but not limited to production minimums and customer service
- Stay current on personal finance principles in order to offer comprehensive mortgage advice to clients
- Monitor processes and communicate effectively with the borrower and all other parties to transactions on the status of loans
- Stay current with required continuing education, new products, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines, Envoy guidelines and overlays, and HUD guidelines
- Ensure all marketing is performed in a manner that is compliant
- Ensure maintenance of a current license to perform Origination duties within their assigned branch
- Adhere to all Envoy standards, including, but not limited to production minimums and customer service
- Comply with company policies, local, state and federal laws regarding position and supervision of employees
- Conduct business in an ethical manner and in the best interest of Envoy, with Envoy's core values in mind
- Any additional duties that may be assigned by the Divisional Vice President
