Using these skills will empower you to lead clients through their loan package submission in a timely, friendly and efficient way while also coordinating with the processing and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless and streamlined experience for clients and their real estate agents.

What You’ll Do:

  • Leveraging referrals from our partner agents, you will build long term relationships
  • Utilize CRM to manage lead pipeline hitting conversion metrics from prospect to close
  • Meet with clients to gain an understanding of their financial goals and challenges
  • Recommend loan products to fit their goals and our lending guidelines
  • Maintain a current knowledge of our loan products and regulations
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant
  • Work with the client, processors, underwriters and operations team to expedite the process and ensure a smooth and timely closing
  • Utilize professional and practical judgement to determine which potential borrowers represent good credit opportunities for the organization, and which are high risk.


Skills You Have:

  • 1-2 years of mortgage lending experience.
  • Currently licensed under the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or willing to become licensed.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Enjoys working with people and providing stellar client experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for working with numbers.
  • Experience as a buyer of real property is helpful.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred but not required.

Pay: 18 per hour plus per file bonus.
