The Marketing Coordinator plays a central role within the Marketing Department, executing and communicating marketing-related initiatives while ensuring content and materials are accurate, organized and on brand. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and eager to learn, with strong communication and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time, with a hybrid in-office and work-from-home schedule. Our office is located in our corporate headquarters in the Addison/Farmers Branch area in DFW.

OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Department and day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, member acquisition and engagement. This role is highly executional and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on writing and coordinating marketing content across campaigns and initiatives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in drafting, editing and proofreading marketing copy and collateral for campaigns, emails, push notifications, print and internal communications.
  • Assist in maintaining brand voice and ensuring consistency across all external and internal marketing.
  • Own the creation and sharing of monthly internal presale marketing calendars.
  • Schedule and manage in-gym digital display content, review and traffic personal trainer content and maintain breakroom screens.
  • Support internal communications requests as needed.
  • Manage and audit online listings monthly to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Create and manage QR codes and UTMs as well as tracking links to ensure accurate campaign monitoring and measurement.
  • Provide general Marketing Department support, including project tracking, timeline management and asset organization across marketing initiatives.
  • Additional responsibilities to be assigned as needed and based on business needs.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, marketing or related field.
  • Has 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excels at time management and can juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Has strong attention to detail and thrives under tight timelines.
  • Strong ability to multitask and switch gears suddenly.
  • Can problem-solve independently and with limited direction when needed.
  • Is proficient in MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Has experience in the fitness industry or a strong interest in health and fitness.
  • Brings a great sense of humor, upbeat attitude and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
