Are you energetic, friendly, and motivated by helping people reach their fitness goals? EōS Fitness is looking for a part-time Fitness Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid sales and service role blends the welcoming, member-first support of a Service Associate with the outreach, follow-up, and membership sales focus of a Fitness Counselor. You’ll help create a great first impression, support front desk and account needs, and connect prospective members with the membership options that best fit their goals. If you enjoy talking with people, creating positive experiences, and working toward goals in a fast-paced gym environment, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do: You’ll support both member service and membership sales by greeting members and guests, answering questions, assisting with account and billing needs, following up with prospects, supporting promotions, collecting referrals, and helping new members take the next step in their fitness journey.
Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Operations Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the General Manager.

* Comfort using basic technology, phones, member systems, and payment tools.
* Strong attention to detail when handling member information, billing questions, referrals, and follow-up activity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome members and guests with a friendly, helpful, and energetic attitude.
* Support front desk operations, member check-ins, account questions, and basic billing needs.
* Learn and explain membership options, gym amenities, promotions, services, and programs.
* Engage prospective members, complete follow-up, collect referrals, and support membership enrollment.
* Help book appointments, support gym promotions, and drive member and guest engagement.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and gym environment. Everyone greets and cleans!
Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly. This is a hybrid sales and service role supporting both member experience/front desk responsibilities and membership sales activity.
Schedule: Variable hours based on business needs. Must be available to work Thursdays and at least one weekend day. Schedule may include front desk coverage, prospect follow-up, appointment support, gym promotions, and peak member traffic times.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to work 4–8 hour shifts based on business needs.
* Ability to sit and stand throughout the shift.
* Regular computer, phone, and member system work required.
* Ability to safely lift 25+ lbs. regularly.
Job Requirements:
* Must successfully pass a background check.
HOURLY POSITION - ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION ELIGIBLE
$17.87 - $18.87 USD
