Senior Account Manager OR Account Supervisor — Integrated Production & Packaging

We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-driven Senior Account Manager (or Account Supervisor) who thrives in the space where strategy meets execution. You’re the kind of person who can keep the details tight, the work moving, and the vision clear. Whether it’s a national campaign rollout, a packaging system refresh, or a digital experience initiative.

This role sits at the center of a fast-paced, cross-functional environment—connecting creative, production, UX, and client teams to bring smart, seamless brand experiences to life. You’ll lead day-to-day client relationships, guide project delivery across multiple workstreams, and help shape how we deliver excellence across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the strategic and operational lead across integrated scopes, spanning print, packaging, digital, governance, and traditional marketing assets.
  • Translate business and creative goals into clear, actionable plans for internal and external teams.
  • Oversee production workflows—from material specifications and vendor coordination to digital asset governance and campaign deployment.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and innovation across channels.
  • Build trusted client partnerships through proactive communication and thoughtful problem-solving.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and engineering leads to ensure delivery aligns with brand standards and strategic intent.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience managing complex, multi-channel projects—ideally within an agency or large brand ecosystem.
  • Strong background in print and production, with a plus for packaging or structural development experience.
  • Proven ability to navigate digital workstreams (asset systems, governance, or platform integration experience a plus).
  • A proactive mindset with equal comfort in creative discussions and operational planning.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills. You know how to keep everyone informed and inspired.
  • A drive for continuous improvement, efficiency, and collaboration.
