SALESFORCE DEVELOPER INTERN

What You'll Do

Are you a programmer who’s looking to get more experience in developing Salesforce Applications? We’re looking for a smart and motivated developer to join us on the Salesforce Development Team. You will work with our Technical and Solution Architects to drive real change in the system and help improve how Epic Uses Salesforce.

In this role, you will

  • Own, manage, and drive optimization across the entire SFDC platform
  • Learn and implement best practices regarding system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity
  • Actively help the Development Teams develop & deliver features & functionality
  • Work on backlogged items that will greatly help the Team work faster and more efficiently
  • Be an active member of the larger Delivery Management Team that contributes to the solution
  • Understand, analyze, and improve upon the business systems in place, as well as integrated applications

What we're looking for

  • Previous Salesforce development experience (Apex, Aura, LWC, Visualforce, etc.) or working knowledge of Java or Javascript
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, complex formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
  • Self-motivated with a tenacious drive for results and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated communication skills, a positive attitude, a team player, and the ability to achieve set targets

This internship has a flexible start date in 2025. Recruitment will be ongoing until teams find an ideal match.
