What role we’re hiring for:
We are a growing fintech organization looking to add an Executive Assistant partnering with our CEO! This role will be based out of headquarters in Austin, Texas.
What you’ll be responsible for in this role:
- Qualifying and strengthening documents, presentations, and other communications for events and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
- Owning, maintaining, and prioritizing the agenda, meeting schedules, and meeting minutes to ensure proper readiness and effectiveness
- Coordinating both domestic and international travel including air travel, ground transportation, visa readiness, and boarding accommodations
- Collecting, categorizing, and filing all expenses and documentation for reimbursement and alignment with accounting
- Acting as the integral liaison for correspondence with the CEO to anticipate needs, support, or recalibration of information necessary to drive strategic priorities, goals, and success including via email, and in-person communications
- Protecting the confidentiality of information as it relates to the organization, partnerships, and employees
What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:
- 7-10 years of experience supporting at least a VP level or higher in a scaling organization
- Adept ability to effectively intake, organize, and align information in a clear, concise, and professional manner to calibrate with the strategies, goals, and priorities of the CEO
- A demonstrated eye for detail and discretion when working with a range of projects and communications across the stakeholder landscape
- An adaptive, forward-thinking mindset to help anticipate needs and redirect priorities as necessary
- Willingness to travel, domestically and internationally, as needed or work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
