Sr Solutions Architect, Post Sales (Req#1053)
Overview
ePlus is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Post-Sales) to lead the design and delivery of complex infrastructure and networking solutions for enterprise customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor and delivery leader, partnering with customers and internal teams to implement scalable solutions and drive successful outcomes across multi-vendor environments. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role with visibility across engineering, sales, and leadership teams.

Your Impact
Lead Solution Delivery
- Design and implement enterprise solutions across networking environments
- Lead end-to-end delivery engagements, ensuring successful deployment and customer outcomes
- Serve as the technical lead across projects, guiding engineering teams and driving key decisions
Drive Customer Success
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping translate business needs into technical solutions
- Assess customer environments and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and resilience
- Support long-term success through optimization, best practices, and strategic guidance
Architect & Execute
- Develop high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD) and implementation plans
- Lead migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives across infrastructure platforms
- Ensure solutions are aligned with customer goals and industry best practices
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with:
- Sales and pre-sales teams (solution validation and scoping)
- Engineering teams (execution and delivery)
- Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs) and technical planning
Lead & Mentor
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and junior architects
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise networking, network architecture, and technical leadership.
- Networking (routing and switching) including Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, and Meraki
- WiFi including Cisco, Meraki, Aruba Central and Juniper MIST
- Firewall/ Security including Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto and Fortinet
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executives and stakeholders.
Proven ability to:
- Lead customer-facing delivery engagements
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Work across cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel to customer locations, primarily in New England region
- Mentor engineers, teach best practices, and guide architectural decision-making
- Lead large-scale network modernization or migration projects
- Lead troubleshooting efforts during high-severity incidents
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in infrastructure technologies
- Experience with Aruba, Extreme, or Arista
- Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco ISE, including SDA fabric design, device onboarding, policy orchestration, and SGT-based segmentation
- Cisco ACI, including fabric setup, policy modeling, and tenant/VRF design
- CCNP and/or CCIE highly desirable
