Job Description

About Equitable Facilities Fund (EFF)

Equitable Facilities Fund (EFF) is a nonprofit social impact fund that’s on a nationwide mission to help high-performing public charter schools spend more money on students and less on the costs of borrowing for their facilities. We offer school leaders simple and much-needed access to low-cost loans combined with support from an expert team that has walked in their shoes.

To date, EFF has invested over $1 billion in schools serving over 120,000 students, providing them with funding to amplify their impact. Equity is at the core of our mission, and we seek to create opportunity for students and communities that have traditionally been denied access to high-quality public schools. If you’re seeking to have a community-level impact on a national scale, apply to join our team!

The Opportunity

The Analyst, Data will play a critical role in optimizing EFF’s data practices and amplifying our efforts to ensure all high-impact schools in historically marginalized communities have a pathway to affordable facilities. Reporting to the Director, Data and Insights, the Analyst will play a significant role in supporting the management of EFF’s data systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, enthusiastically approach the sometimes-ambiguous work of a start-up, and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture of excellence.

  • You remain consistent but flexible. You believe that greatness is achieved by showing up and doing good work consistently, every day. There are no hacks to building something that will last. You also have the ability to pivot from original plans when circumstances dictate.

What You’ll Do

  • Data Management

    • Support Data Team in the creation of automated reports and dashboards for lending, capital raising, and operations to ensure team-wide access to key data and insights.
    • Utilize EFF’s database to support high-level analysis of potential and existing borrowers using academic, enrollment, and financial data.

Systems and ProcessesSupport the evolution of EFF’s data systems processes and procedures, specifically as it relates to managing data quality and integrity.

    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
