The Lease Analyst I/II/III responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responds to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process recurring reports by performing necessary research, fulfilling contractual requirements and obligations.
- Performs general inquiries in EQT land systems, GIS, document imaging and other system resources.
- Basic maintenance and updates in Land system based on work dictated by and specific to group role including Owner Relation cases, internal requests, new agreement onboarding, acquisition onboarding, and contract maintenance.
- Correspond with third parties as needed.
- Ensure proper administration of lease and/or contract provisions, special obligations, and payments.
- Maintain data integrity by working management assigned projects aimed at exception reporting, timely payments or billings, and data entry.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Associate’s degree of equivalent experience.
- Understanding of basic oil and gas terminology and operations.
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Demonstration of basic level skills including the ability to communicate and convey information clearly and concisely.
- Positive attitude towards others and assigned work.
- Open to constructive criticism and guidance on business processes.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time.
- Able to effectively and professionally communicate, capable of managing shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Quorum.
Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.
Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
