USA

Growth Marketing Manager

The Role

We're hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to build and execute our campaign-led go-to-market strategy in the US market. This is a campaign-first role designed to drive pipeline and credibility through integrated marketing that directly supports sales.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders in the North America GTM team and Global Marketing to shape priorities, translate them into integrated campaigns, and execute with pace and pragmatism. Nothing is fixed, this role has real scope to influence how we show up in the US market and how marketing supports and grows the pipeline.

What You'll Own

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design and deliver integrated GTM campaigns aligned to business priorities, each with clear audiences, narratives, and success metrics
  • Build a repeatable campaign model that drives measurable sales pipeline growth
  • Continuously refine based on performance and market feedback

Online & In-Person Events

  • Plan and execute Expert Talks, CXO sessions, and webinars that support active campaigns
  • Coordinate in person events including industry conferences, roundtables, and executive dinners
  • Manage event logistics: landing pages, registration, attendee validation, vendor relationships
  • Ensure strong follow-up: content reuse, nurture sequences, and sales handovers

Newsletter & Nurture Programs

  • Launch and run a campaign-led US newsletter (first edition provided)
  • Develop email sequences that maintain momentum between campaign moments
  • Support thought leadership and active campaigns through consistent touchpoints

Channel Activation & Sales Integration

  • Activate campaigns across LinkedIn, website, email, and sales sequences
  • Work closely with sales to embed campaigns in targeted outreach
  • Support early-stage account-based sequences for a defined list of priority accounts

Global-to-Local Content Strategy

  • Act as the North American representative to Global Marketing, translating global initiatives for the American market
  • Assess and adapt global content, thought leadership, and campaigns for US audience needs and buying behaviors

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • Strong B2B marketing background in technology, professional services, or consulting
  • Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns, webinars, and email programs that drive sales pipeline
  • Experience planning and executing both online and in-person events, including pre-event marketing, event coordination, and post event follow up & sequencing
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders, international teams, and sales organizations

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Think in campaigns, not disconnected tactics
  • Are hands-on and comfortable building in fast-moving, scale-up environments
  • Leverage AI to automate and accelerate your work
  • Understand how marketing drives pipeline and credibility, not just awareness
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities

This role isn't a fit if you:

  • Prefer managing agencies over doing the work
  • Need mature processes and infrastructure from day one
  • Want a pure brand, communications, or demand gen role

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
