What You'll Be Doing:
The Professional Relations Manager (PRM) is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that drive admissions for a designated submarket of the region. This role focuses on driving patient referrals, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care coordination. The PRM will manage a smaller subset of the regional PRL team to provide oversight and ensure alignment with the regional team and facility. The PRM will collaborte closely with the clinicians, operations leaders, and the broader marketing team to ensure that marketing efforts effectively communicate the value of the organization's services and support patient care objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and execute territory sales plans.
- In collaboration with the Field Director, work closely with the clinical operations team to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies that drive patient referrals and align with clinical goals.
- Develop referral relationships with clinical professionals for both eating disorder and mood & anxiety by engaging in meaningful face to face activities in the field. Work with both Medical/Surgical Hospitals and Behavioral Health hospitals in providing resources and identifying appropriate patients to refer.
- Develop relationships with medical centers, physicians and integrated delivery networks for program education and referral development, as well as large therapy groups and private practices
Supervise and mentor assigned Professional Relations Liaisons (PRLs)
- With assigned PRLs, develop and implement territory sales plans aimed at building long-term referral relationships with healthcare providers and other professional contacts.
- Provide oversight to assigned team by supervising and mentoring teammates to be effective team members. Using the established people processes (performance, development, succession, and career) to ensure that their team’s level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards.
Collaboration with regional operations team
- Partner with the regional PRL Director and clinical operations team to align marketing and sales strategies with clinical objectives.
- Support clinical initiatives that enhance patient care, engagement, and satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system management
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, referral patterns, and relationship management to ensure data-driven decision-making and efficient sales processes.
Internal meetings and responsibilities
- Provides update on competitor activity in market.
- Provides input for internal marketing team initiatives.
- Demonstrates deep expertise with services provided and modalities of care.
- Serves on ad hoc committees such as marketing, conference, communication committees
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or Human Services Related Degrees
- Graduate Degree in Business, Marketing, or Human Services Related Degrees (preferred)
- 3 years or more of progressive experience in business marketing, preferably in a healthcare environment
- 3 years experience in a leadership role leading teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time working occasional nights and weekends
- Business and/or marketing coursework
- Clinical Training
- Formal Sales Training

This role is open only to candidates currently residing in Texas. Applicants should be based in a major Texas city and able to travel as business needs require. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
Colorado pay range
$106,260 - $120,000 USD
