*This role is based in California, with programs in Northern California (San Francisco/Sacramento) and Southern California (Irvine, Orange County, LA County, North County, San Diego). Candidates must be located in, or able to relocate to, one of these areas and support local outreach and relationship-building efforts.
A relationship-driven role focused on building trusted referral partnerships and supporting providers through the care journey.
What You'll Be Doing:
The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in the marketing team by connecting with referring providers to understand their needs, introduce them to our care model and guide them through the referral process. This position is hybrid if located in the Denver area; fully remote otherwise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Database Management: Accurately enters and maintains referring provider information in our Customer Resource Management (CRM) system.
- Outreach: Makes outbound calls to referring providers and community partners who have shown interest in our services or have referred potential patients to us. Engages in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and concerns of referring providers and provide information about our services. Maintains regular follow-up with referring providers to answer questions, address concerns, and assist their patients during the decision-making process. Focuses on newly established providers in the market and/or new business opportunities, with emphasis on re-establishing and creating relationships with providers not currently in the book of business. Uses research tools to gain insights on the most prevalent providers and opportunities within target markets. Coordinates with clinical team to ensure a smooth transition for professionals referring clients to us and provides timely follow-up to referring providers once referrals have been received. Gathers and communicates provider feedback to help improve our services and the overall sales process.
- Collaboration: Collaborates with outreach team and marketing to follow up on referrals, community partnerships, and leads from campaigns and events. Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Contributes to the development and refinement of lead generation strategies. Works alongside the Professional Relations Liaisons to hand-off referring provider relationships once referral stream has been established.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Communication: Able to effectively and persuasively communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Time management: Must be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and use time effectively
- 1+ years CRM Experience using Salesforce or similar platform
- Business Development: 2+ years in a business development role which includes prospecting
- Relationship Building & Active Listening: Must be able quickly build rapport with others, establishing and maintaining positive and productive relationships. Must be proficient in actively listening with the goal of understanding how we might best meet the needs of others.
- Collaboration: Must be able to collaborate effectively with others, working towards a common goal, sharing knowledge and responsibilities while fostering teamwork and building a positive team dynamic.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
California Pay Range
$74,000 - $90,000 USD
