What You'll Be Doing:

The Manager of Financial Operations (MFO), supporting the Sales function of the patient acquisition funnel, is responsible for developing and directing strategic insights for the team. The MFO will work closely with the Sales Leadership team to establish alignment of team performance, target setting, budgeting, and market opportunities. The MFO will analyze data to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, areas of potential risk, outline trends and provide strategic insight for operational execution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, analyze, evaluate, and retain constant awareness of business procedures and trends related to the Sales’ teams performance; Identify opportunities for improvement as a national team and on an individual performer level; Develop recurring and ad hoc analytics to generate insights, proactively communicating learnings to key stakeholders
  • Develop quarterly team and individual targets, and manage quarterly compensation process for Sales teammates
  • Assist with annual budgeting process for the Patient Acquisition funnel and collaborate with other support services departments to gather intel related to annual growth expectations
  • Create and manage team’s operational expenditures against budget
  • Manage Sales territory alignment and make recommendations to leadership regarding market gaps, opportunities, and changes to organization ownership

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Finance, Accounting or a related field (REQUIRED)

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (ALL REQUIRED)
  • 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Very proficient to expert with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Bonus Preferred Qualities:
  • Experience with a Sales or Business Development team
  • Experience with Power BI and Salesforce

Location & Schedule:

This position is posted as remote; however, per company policy, candidates residing within a 35‑mile radius of ZIP code 80230 will be required to follow a hybrid schedule, even if they applied to the remote posting.
  • Remote: Mondays and Fridays
  • On-site in our Denver Office: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
 

 

 

The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations. 

Colorado pay range

$110,000 - $130,000 USD
