About the Role:

We’re looking for a Global Supply Manager to lead the sourcing, procurement, and supplier management efforts for our critical semiconductor and PCB components. In this role, you’ll manage suppliers across wafer/die manufacturing, OSAT, chip substrates, and PCB fabrication—from early development through mass production. You’ll negotiate costs, oversee logistics, mitigate supply risks, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality components at competitive prices. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a technical environment, can operate with limited leverage, and is passionate about building resilient supply chains that scale with innovation.

  • Manage domestic and international suppliers across wafer and die production, semiconductor packaging (OSAT), chip substrate, and PCB fabrication.
  • Develop and maintain a network of suppliers to support both legacy and new product introductions, from prototype through mass production.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, audits, and scorecard evaluations to assess supplier performance and drive improvement.

Procurement & Cost Negotiation

  • Own end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ issuance, cost negotiations, and vendor selection.
  • Drive cost-effective quality control efforts with suppliers, especially in scenarios with limited purchasing leverage.
  • Forecast component needs and schedule deliveries to meet engineering and production timelines.

Logistics & Inventory Control

  • Oversee the entire logistics lifecycle including inventory planning, tracking, and optimization.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions through proactive risk management and planning.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with engineering and operations to ensure new designs/components are sourced and released on schedule.
  • Ensure technical documentation packages are complete and accurate before initiating sourcing activities.

Qualifications of a Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a technical field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations involving wafer/die, OSAT, or PCB fabrication.
  • Deep understanding of PCB manufacturing, wafer/die fabrication, and OSAT industry practices.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Direct experience in RF technology or RF material sourcing.

Knowledge of the global semiconductor supply chain, including geopolitical and macroeconomic impacts.
