About The Role:

As a Seasonal Operations Coordinator, you will work with the Ernesta Operations team to execute tasks in order to ensure a smooth delivery for Ernesta Customers.  You will bring a curious mindset, eager to learn as you move between a wide range of tasks of varying complexity.  

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor order statuses and identify any orders that need troubleshooting.
  • Assist in maintaining a control tower for Operations.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience (CX) team to research and close gaps.
  • Ensure orders placed are flowing correctly to fabricators.
  • Work directly with our Middle Mile and Final Mile partners to ensure smooth handoffs throughout the supply chain.
  • Arrange for reverse logistics of rugs when necessary.
  • Audit POs to fabricators.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • Prior experience in supply chain management preferred
  • Prior experience in an order fulfillment environment preferred
  • Familiarity with with Google Sheets and Google Docs is a plus
  • Familiarity with Shopify or another OMS is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to be an effective team member and navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.

The anticipated base pay for this role is $32 per hour. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills. This role is not eligible for health benefits and flexible paid time off..
