About the Role:
Ernesta is seeking a part-time seasonal support role based out of the retail showroom located on the Upper East Side in New York, New York. This is an opportunity to join a small but visionary team, redefining exceptional service as a brand ambassador. In this role you will be a customer champion, assisting with inquiries, concerns and matters related to order coordination and delivery. Both in person and virtually, you will have the opportunity to build relationships and foster a love for our brand, ensuring the happiness of customers with every interaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Effectively respond to inquiries and work through complexities such as order tracking, product questions, delivery logistics, and more
- Provide customers a high quality and personalized experience through multiple channels (in person, chat, text, email, video, phone)
- Deliver exceptional design and product expertise to customers
- Support the sales and customer service team through communication and proactive outreach
- Ability to navigate between multiple software applications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand showroom that delights customers at every touchpoint
- Spread kindness through every touchpoint, creating brand fans!
- This is an in-person role, based out of our showroom in NYC on the Upper East Side
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer-facing role
- 2+ years of customer service and/or direct consumer sales
- High level of proficiency working online across multiple software tools such as Zoom, Google suite, Salesforce, Gladly, Shopify
- Solutions oriented with sound judgment, business sense, and high integrity
- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment and wear many hats
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday hours
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for the design industry
- Familiarity with 2D/3D design tools
- BA or experience working in a creative field, interior design, art history, architecture, etc.
- Account management experience

The anticipated starting base pay for this role is between $20 - $25 per hour. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated pay range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills.
