About the Role:

We seek a confident and skilled ICU Nurse to join our state-of-the-art Long-Term Care facility. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists and auxiliary care staff, to help patients achieve independence. Manage a 1:5 patient ratio, delegate tasks, and ensure clinically effective care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care in a long-term acute care setting
  • Assist physicians in treatment and illness management
  • Manage multiple individual cases
  • Oversee daily rehabilitation and medication
  • Work closely with a team to provide complex care for conditions like pulmonary/ventilator liberation, neurological disorders, and post-trauma care

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor of Science in Adult Nursing (BSN) 
  • NCLEX-RN Exam has been successfully passed
  • English Proficiency Certificate (or native speaker)
  • 24 months recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting 
  • Ability/willingness to relocate for a minimum of 2 years
