About the Role

We’re seeking experienced, compassionate, and adaptable Radiologic Technologists with General X-Ray, CT, MRI & Interventional skillsets to join a respected health system in Fairbanks, Alaska on a three-year contract.

In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative imaging team delivering high-quality diagnostic services in a facility known for its trauma care excellence and commitment to patient-centered care. You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (e.g., X-rays, CT scans) in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols
  • Ensure accurate positioning and image quality while prioritizing patient comfort and safety
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment, reporting any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment
  • Document procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
  • Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients throughout the imaging process

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent (Must be obtained in Australia, Canada or USA for equivalency)
  • ARRT certification (or eligibility in progress)
  • English proficiency (certification or native fluency)
  • Minimum 24 months of recent acute care experience
  • Willingness to relocate to Alaska for a minimum of 3 years
