About the Role

We’re seeking qualified, empathetic, and resilient Social Workers to join multidisciplinary teams in Colorado’s inpatient psychiatric hospitals on a three-year contract.

You’ll work directly with patients diagnosed with personality disorders and other complex mental health conditions, supporting their recovery through psychosocial assessments, care planning, and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and risk evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and discharge plans
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups and one-on-one interventions
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers
  • Advocate for patient needs and coordinate community resources
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
  • Promote recovery, dignity, and patient empowerment in a secure setting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW)
  • Eligibility for U.S. licensure (e.g., LSW, LCSW, or equivalent)
  • English proficiency (certification or native fluency)
  • Minimum 24 months of recent clinical experience in mental health or social care
  • Willingness to relocate to Colorado for a minimum of 3 years
