About the Role

We’re seeking experienced Cath Lab Radiologic Technologists to join a respected health system in Fairbanks, Alaska, on a three-year contract.

In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative cardiovascular team delivering high-quality imaging and interventional support in a facility known for its trauma care excellence and patient-centered approach. You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures, including angiography, stent placement, and pacemaker insertions
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment for fluoroscopy and interventional radiology
  • Ensure accurate positioning and image quality while prioritizing patient safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and technologists during complex procedures
  • Maintain compliance with radiation safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
  • Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients throughout the process

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology (Australia, Canada, or USA for equivalency)
  • ARRT certification (or eligibility in progress)
  • Minimum 24 months of recent Cath Lab or interventional experience
  • English proficiency (certification or native fluency)
  • Willingness to relocate to Alaska for a minimum of 3 years
