About the role
We are recruiting experienced, compassionate, and adaptable Registered Nurses across multiple specialties to join a respected health system in Fairbanks, Alaska, on a three‑year contract.
As an RN, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care while working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. This facility is recognised for excellent nurse‑to‑patient ratios, strong trauma services, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities

Provide high‑acuity, hands‑on patient care in a fast‑paced emergency environment

Administer medications, manage IV therapies, monitor vital signs, and deliver urgent interventions

Work closely with emergency physicians and multidisciplinary teams to assess, prioritise, and implement care plans
-
Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and promptly
-
Respond to critical situations with life‑saving interventions such as CPR, defibrillation, airway management, and trauma stabilisation
-
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
-
Maintain strict safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Requirements
-
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
-
NCLEX‑RN passed (or actively preparing)
-
English language proficiency
-
Minimum of 24 months recent acute care experience
-
Willingness to relocate to Alaska for at least three years
