About the Role

We are seeking experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurses to join a respected acute care health system in Fairbanks on a three‑year contract.

In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative cardiovascular team supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a facility known for excellence in trauma care and patient‑centred practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care during cardiac catheterization procedures, including angiography, PCI, and device implantation

  • Monitor and assess patients pre‑, intra‑, and post‑procedure

  • Administer medications, sedation, and emergency interventions as required

  • Collaborate closely with cardiologists, technologists, and the wider multidisciplinary team

  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and documentation standards

  • Deliver compassionate, clear communication to patients and families throughout their care journey

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse qualification 

  • Minimum 24 months of recent Cath Lab or critical care experience

  • Current RN license or eligibility to obtain U.S. licensure

  • English proficiency (certification or native fluency)

  • Willingness to relocate to Alaska for a minimum of 3 years
