CRNA - CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth - Beaumont, TX | OB-Only, 24 HR Shifts - Comp up to $438,000 W2 for 10 Shifts!

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join a newly structured OB-only team at CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a tight-knit, highly focused team providing 24-hour OB coverage in a consistent, predictable schedule. With no OR responsibility, an excellent compensation model, and generous time off, this role offers a true work-life balance that is hard to find in anesthesia.

Position Highlights:

• OB-only coverage – no OR responsibilities
• $3,600 per 24-hour shift (W2)
• Team size will determine total compensation:
• 3-person team: $438,000 each annually
• Average 10 shifts/month
• 4-person team: $328,000 each annually
• Average 7-8 shifts/month
• Stable 24-hour shift rotation shared among 3–4 CRNAs
• No in-house or beeper call beyond scheduled shifts
• Strong support from a collaborative, experienced anesthesia team
• Ideal for CRNAs who enjoy the OB environment and are looking for consistency and balance

Qualifications:

• OB experience
• Comfortable working 24-hour shifts in a solo CRNA model (with MD backup)
• Board Certified
