Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our CRNA-only team at Precision Surgical Center of NWA in Rogers, AR. This is a great opportunity to join a tight-knit, efficient team.

Position Highlights:

• CRNA-only model – 2 CRNAs on site daily
• $368,387 for 52 weeks of service
• OT rate for anything over 40 hours
• Vacation buy back offered at daily rate
• NO HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS!
• Heavy Orthopedic, Total Joints and knees, some podiatry
• 40K sign on bonus offered for a 3 year commitment

• Proficient in blocks and spinals
• Ability to work independently
