26 Weeks/Year | $450,000 1099 | Community Hospital Between Austin & San Antonio

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking an Anesthesiologist for a 26-week job-share at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos, TX. Join a collegial team of 2 MDs and 9 CRNAs at a community hospital offering a broad case mix - perfectly situated less than an hour from both Austin and San Antonio.

Position Highlights

• $450,000 1099 total compensation
• $420,000 base salary + $30k Medical Director Stipend
• Job-share schedule with 26 working weeks per year
• Schedule is M-Fri with NO working weekends
• Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Endo/GI, OB/GYN
• OB volume: <75 deliveries/month
• No call, but MD must be available M-Fr until 9 PM
• Collaborative MD/CRNA environment with strong support
• Community practice with broad case exposure and stable workflow

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible Anesthesiologist
• OB experience preferred
• Strong communication and team-first mindset
