CRNA Opportunity | Bayou Bend Health Hospital | Franklin, LA

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented CRNA to join the team at Bayou Bend Health Hospital in Franklin, Louisiana. This is a CRNA-only practice offering a highly unique schedule, strong compensation, and significant time off—ideal for providers seeking autonomy and flexibility.

Position Highlights:

• $260,000 (1099) compensation for 26 weeks/year
• 7 on / 7 off style schedule (with flexibility as model evolves)
• Shared weekday call (covering either 2-5 call days per week, depending on schedule – inquire for more)
• CRNA-only site – full autonomy in practice
• Daily Staffing: 2 CRNAs on-site daily
• Broad case mix: OB/GYN, Ortho, General, GI, Pain (Rad), Bariatric, Plastics
• Light OB volume – ~14 deliveries per month
• First call only – no backup call
• Consistent early outs 
• Some weekdays with minimal or no scheduled cases (notably Mon/Wed)
• Opportunity for significant downtime – many days without clinical duties

Qualifications:

• Board Certified
• Comfortable working independently
• LA license or willingness to obtain
