About the role

As a Category Inventory Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory across our global supply chain while driving cost efficiency to support our ambitious revenue targets for Consumables. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic inventory planning across all sales channels, ensuring seamless availability while minimizing excess stock.

You will have a key focus on Boka, our fastest-growing brand with 100% YoY growth, which has become a leading toothpaste brand across multiple channels, including Amazon. With our rapid expansion, this role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, making it a high-impact opportunity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute am Inventory Planning strategy to maintain optimal stock levels across multiple sales channels and locations, setting clear replenishment and reorder targets.
  • Oversee a cross-functional team of Inventory Analysts/Administrators (Philippines, indirect reports) and Procurement teams (US/China) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and report on inventory performance daily, weekly, and monthly, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Lead key Supply Chain initiatives, including 3PL performance improvements, cost optimization (supplier negotiations and partnerships), FBA inbound efficiency, and automation of inventory planning processes.
  • Operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (>100% YoY growth), leveraging scalable platforms and innovative solutions to support expansion while maintaining operational efficiency.

Who you are:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, including Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Logistics. E-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, Google Sheets, and other MS Office or Google Suite programs.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset—able to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Leadership skills—capable of driving results through collaboration and influence.
  • Business acumen & strategic thinking, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with transparency, reliability, and a genuine enjoyment of working with diverse teams.

The estimated salary range for this role is $120 - $140K per year. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
