About the Team:
The Marketing team scales our brands efficiently combining creative with data analytics, managing all marketing channels to drive brand growth. They continually build & execute a 360-marketing plan for both marketplace brands and direct-to-consumer brands.
As Direct to Consumer Brand Manager (CDD) you will be responsible for creating Brands across our portfolio. This is a strategic position to grow our sellers into D2C Brands worldwide. You will lead the e-commerce scope of those brands outside Amazon.
What you will do:
- Lead the strategy, and execution of D2C for your portfolio of brands,
- Increase the sales of our brands on our Shopify,
- You will be responsible for the revenue and conversion growth,
- Assess multi-channel strategy for our brands,
- Produce reporting for performance of our brands,
- Work closely with the Tech team and be able to manage the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to create efficient Marketing Campaigns,
- Work with internal teams to develop a go-to-market strategy and expansion of brands in D2C website,
- Transform sellers into Brands.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, preferred
- 3+ years of D2C e-commerce experience in an integrated, multi-channel marketing environment
- Experience in successfully managing a D2C website is a must. Extensive Shopify experience required
- Superior analytical skills, and the ability to compile, analyze and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize current campaigns
- Background in E-commerce Marketing as well as Branding will help you having a complete view
