About the Role

As the Affiliate Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in managing and growing Essor’s affiliate advertising initiatives. You will oversee the affiliate network, develop strategies, and manage a diverse pool of affiliate partners. This role involves strategizing, creating, and executing advertising campaigns while closely monitoring performance metrics to optimize for maximum results and return on investment.

About the Team 

The Marketing team scales our brands efficiently, combining creativity with data analytics and managing all marketing channels to drive brand growth. We continually build and execute 360° marketing plans across both marketplace brands and direct-to-consumer brands.

What you will do:

Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate-related communications across brand management, partners, and platforms.
  • Understand brand team objectives and effectively present affiliate performance and insights to meet their evolving needs.
  • Ensure affiliate reports are consistently accurate, timely, and actionable for stakeholders.
  • Maintain close alignment with PR and influencer teams to amplify campaign efforts and brand storytelling.
  • Proactively drive month-over-month performance improvements in line with broader company strategies and revenue targets.

Affiliate Program Management

  • Develop and execute robust affiliate and partner strategies, including:
    • Commission structures and incentive plans
    • Partner recruitment, onboarding, and engagement
    • Creative asset coordination and communication cadence
    • Newsletter content, paid placement strategy, and negotiation
    • Competitive monitoring and industry insights
  • Source, vet, and onboard new high-potential affiliates and partnerships to scale the program.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key partners to maximize performance and retention.
  • Identify and pursue innovative partnership opportunities that drive incremental growth across both Amazon and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
  • Define and oversee the technology roadmap for scaling and optimizing affiliate operations.

Team & Operational Leadership

    • Lead the Performance Marketing team in the Philippines, ensuring strong alignment with global marketing strategies and business objectives.
    • Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture through regular coaching, feedback, and professional development initiatives.
    • Continuously optimize team workflows and marketing processes to boost efficiency and cross-functional collaboration – while ensuring adherence to local policies and compliance requirements.

Who you are:

  • With at least 5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or overall Marketing background.
  • Established connections with affiliate networks and blogs in the US (preferred).
  • Experience with the Amazon Affiliate program is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
  • Exceptional skills in collaboration, communication, and problem solving.
