About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging & Print Designer to bring our brand to life across a range of products. In this role, you’ll conceptualize and execute compelling designs, from initial sketches and mood boards to production-ready artwork.

What you will do:
- Design packaging & print materials that align with brand identity across a range of products.
- Create production-ready artwork and ensure high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to finalize packaging & print text and visuals.
- Conceptualize packaging & print designs, including sketches, mockups, and mood boards.
- Analyze market trends and product details to develop effective packaging & print solutions.
- Maintain a well-organized asset library for all design components.
- Meet project deadlines and deliverables efficiently.
- Design retail shelf displays and planograms to maximize product visibility and brand consistency.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure packaging & print materials convey the right message and engage consumers.
Who you are:
- With at least 2-4 years of experience in packaging and print design, preferably in a consumer goods or retail environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and print design across various product types, with Visual Merchandising experience preferred.
- Proficient in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat, plus if with experience in 3D for mockup
- Solid understanding of print production processes, dielines, color profiles, and material limitations.
- Experience preparing production-ready files and working with printers or vendors
- Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills with a consistent eye for branding
- Proven ability to translate briefs and marketing objectives into compelling packaging and print designs
- Experience designing for retail, including planograms and shelf displays
- A collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage assets and meet deadlines efficiently
- Experience working in ClickUp, Asana, Plane or similar project management tools is a plus
- Knowledge of sustainability in packaging or interest in eco-friendly materials is a bonus
