About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Associate to support the execution of multi-brand campaigns across social platforms. In this role, you will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to plan, launch, and optimize influencer and social media initiatives that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth.

We are looking for someone highly organized, trend-savvy, and results-driven, with strong communication skills and a passion for building impactful influencer relationships while keeping content fresh, on-brand, and platform-optimized.

What you will do:

  • Support and collaborate closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager in executing multi-brand influencer campaigns - from planning and sourcing to reporting and optimization.
  • Develop and execute social media and influencer strategies across multiple brands, tailored to each platform’s best practices and each brand’s goals.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: sourcing creators, outreach, content briefing, negotiation, tracking deliverables, and conducting post-campaign analysis.
  • Identify and engage influencers who align with brand values, target audiences, and campaign objectives across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Build long-term influencer relationships and creator pipelines across verticals and platforms.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts efficiently across multiple campaigns, maximizing ROI within budget constraints.
  • Assist in implementing and optimizing TikTok Shop affiliate marketing campaigns to boost conversions (only when needed)
  • Work with the Platform Marketing Manager to define social strategies per platform, aligned with broader business and brand objectives.
  • Manage the social media calendar, including copywriting, content scheduling, and post approval workflows across brands.
  • Collaborate with the Creatives and Agency teams to deliver engaging content—static, video, carousel, or affiliate-friendly.
  • Oversee the day-to-day handling of brand channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook etc.), adapting content as needed by platform.
  • Use scheduling and reporting tools to manage and analyze post performance.
  • Track campaign performance and influencer outputs with detailed reporting, highlighting learnings, results, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, creator behaviors, and new features to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.

Who you are:

  • With at least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a focus on social media platforms
    • Experience in e-commerce and agency setting is a plus
  • With experience in large-scale campaigns and audience engagement
  • Has worked on multiple US brands
  • Well-versed with social media account management tools
  • Good knowledge and understanding of US-culture/market
  • Detail-oriented and focused, trend researcher, and a good team player
