Communications & Content Marketing Manager
The Opportunity
At ESW, we are building a content and communications function designed to serve brand, business, and people strategy. We’re hiring a strategic and cross-functional communications and content marketing manager to lead this work.
This role will shape ESW’s voice across channels and audiences, from go-to-market campaigns to internal culture to reputation building. You will own the messaging architecture, manage the global content calendar, and lead our network of PR, brand, and content agencies.
You’ll work closely with teams across product marketing, growth, sales enablement, HR, and talent acquisition to ensure that content drives performance, reflects brand standards, and supports key milestones across the company.
This hybrid role (50% in office, 50% remote).
Responsibilities
- Develop and own a unified global content and communications strategy
- Lead messaging and storytelling for growth campaigns, product launches, and partner with HR on employer brand, and internal culture
- Manage the global PR agency, helping elevate ESW’s reputation and executive voice in key markets
- Oversee all external communications across owned, earned, and paid media
- Define and govern editorial standards, tone of voice, and channel guidelines
- Guide and collaborate with leadership, HR, and talent to craft compelling communications and employer brand messaging
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to ensure content aligns to launches, demand generation, and lifecycle
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO, conversion, and accessibility
- Lead our external content and creative agencies, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
- Measure content performance and continuously improve based on result
Requirements
- 6+ years in content marketing, editorial strategy, or communications roles (preferably B2B, SaaS, or ecommerce)
- Experience managing brand and PR agencies across regions
- Proven ability to work across functions—from product to HR
- Strong writing, messaging, and storytelling skills
- High attention to detail, with experience managing reviews and approvals
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital publishing tools
- Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field
